* Please note that the above dates are " Estimated" and your order may be posted anywhere from 7 - 14 business days past the estimated date due to volume of orders received.

Christmas Orders

Christmas order cut off date is 30th September

After this date your order will not be guaranteed for Christmas delivery.

In stock items will be posted 1-2 business day. Except during sale events where orders could take 5+ business days to be dispatched.


All garments must be returned in original condition and packaging. Returns will not be accepted with out the return form please make sure this is included for faster processing.

 * Where possible we product test all our garment, equipment and fabrics to test for durability. Pilling may occur on sublimated fabrics. The back bottom or stomach area of the garment tends to pill easier than other areas. Unfortunately this is an issue with most sublimated fabrics which can not be avoided due to the nature of the fabric.

Sale items/seconds

Sale items may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind. Seconds or faulty items which is sold as is WILL NOT be eligible for refund nor an exchange as you bought it with the knowledge of condition of the garment.

 Bespoke or customised orders can take up to 12 weeks.

A sample garments must be ordered for all bespoke or customised garments. If sample garments gets refused a waiver form must be signed prior to placing any orders.Bespoke, custom or customised garments will not be exchanged unless faulty, so please ensure correct size and colours are ordered. 

 No postage date will be scheduled for any order until receipt of order, acceptance of proofs and full payment is received.

Shipping & Handling:  We use DHL and Royal Mail tracking to post all our orders.

Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Master card, Paypal, Cheques (all cheques must clear before order is confirmed), direct bank deposit or tranfer

Minimum quantity: Due to manufacturers requirements we now have no choice but implement a minimum order quantity for bespoke, customised and club leotards. We do not require a minimum order if it's our standard stock. These minimums are only applicable to customised orders. Minimum quantities for personalised or bespoke leotards are 12, however if you require less then required quantity please email us prior to ordering to confirm.

Changes: Changes CANNOT be made to an order once it is sent to production. A new order will have to be placed for any additional items. Any changes that need to be made to an order must be emailed. Changes will not be accepted over the phone.

Order Cancellations: Orders can not be cancelled after confirmation of payment and order as it would have entered production on receipt of payment. Orders can be cancelled prior to entering production.

Back Orders: Some fabrics will occasionally be on back order which will delay the shipment date. Order early to avoid delays.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason*, return the item unworn and in perfect condition with tags attached and in original packaging, within 14 days for an exchange or refund.

When sending a return, please mark the parcel CUSTOMER SERVICES, quoting your order number and the reason for the return.Click here to download a print friendly returns form. 

Please remember that you, the customer, are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse; we recommend that you obtain proof of posting.

We offer repair on all our leotards including crystals as even though they are heat pressed and not glued crystals can fall off for various reasons.

Please launder the leotards prior to sending them back for repairs, if garments aren't laundered there will be a charge of £15.

*All team, bespoke and customised individual orders are made to your specifications and therefore are FINAL Sale. Therefore please make sure you order correct size. Exclusions apply in the case of manufacturers defect. 

Any custom made garments are strictly non-returnable unless faulty. No refunds can be given once production has commenced.

This does not affect a customers statutory rights or the right to return faulty goods.*

*Please note all bespoke leotard and training wear orders must be verified and approved by a signed copy of proof before it goes into production.
